English We have tried to make our process of reserving a room or tour packages as easy and as painless as possible. Please read the following information carefully. Our reservation consultants are fluent in English and Portuguese.

Rooms are rented on a first come, first serve basis with preference given to multi-day rentals. Our rooms are very popular and often will book up weeks or months in advance. Weekends and Brazilian holidays are especially popular. We urge you to make your reservation as soon as you have finalized your plans to insure that you are able to reserve your room of choice.


Room Reservation Policies

1) Confirmed reservations require a minimum 50% cash guarantee, deposited into our reserve bank account. All reservations are tentative and subject to cancellation without notice until we receive this guarantee or cash deposit.

2) At least two weeks from the rental date, we require either a guarantee or full payment for the rental. All reservations are subject to cancellation if we do not receive this payment by the due date.

3) Once we have received and verified your deposit, or your emailed or faxed verification of a deposit in our reserve bank account, we will e-mail or fax you with written confirmation of your reservation and a voucher. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive this written confirmation or voucher.


Room Reservation Options

To make a reservation over the Internet.....

Please complete a Room Reservation Form. You will need your complete name and an e-mail address to complete this form. To access the form, read the remainder of this page carefully then click the "I Accept" button near the bottom of this page. Then you must make a deposit when notified by reservations.

Note: We accept all major credit cards and most debit cards for internet reservations via PayPal. Your card is used as a guarantee to hold the reservation and will be charged 50% of your total charges at the time we email you confirmation. For your protection, you should only send us your card information over the internet via PayPal if you are in Brazil. This form sends your card information and other details in a secure encrypted format that cannot be accessed by either us or by third parties .

You will need a valid credit or debit card or be prepared to deposit the required payment into our reserve bank account via Paypal. Please contact us at the numbers listed below. Our reservations office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday, Brazilian South American Time.

Final Payment Options

Final payments can be made by depositing funds into our reserve bank account, or by paying in person at our office, or paying directly at the hotel on arrival or check-out.

Credit Card Payments (via PayPal)
For clients who wish to pay using a credit card, we only accept deposits only via PayPal. We accept all major credit cards and most debit cards. A 3.5 % service charge will be added to all credit or debit card purchases.

Cash Payments
We accept cash payments in Brazilian reals (R$), United States dollars (US$) or travelers checks issued by VISA or American Express. We also will accept bank checks drawn on Brazilian banks from accounts established at least 3 years. US dollars and travelers checks are accepted at the approximate current dollar/real exchange rate. If you prefer to exchange money or cash travelers checks before arriving, you will find a "Casa de Cambio" (money exchange) at most Brazilian airports, or in various other locations in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. Alternately, there is a bank ATM which accepts Visa and MasterCard for cash withdrawals in the nearby town of Currais Novos or in various locations in Natal. A 3.5 % service charge will be added to all travelers check purchases.

Reserve Account Deposits
This method of deposits and final payments is standard practice in Brazil. If you desire this option, please contact us and we will e-mail or phone you with our account information. After you have made the deposit, you will need to send us a copy of the bank deposit slip to our office for verification. Note: PayPal automatially sends this to us!


Cancellation Policies

1) All cancellations must be received in writing, either by e-mail, fax or regular mail. We accept cancellations by telephone, however they must be followed up in writing. The following refund schedule will apply in all instances:

a) If we receive your written notice of cancellation with more than two week's notice, we will refund your deposit, minus 10% of the total rental fee.

b) If we receive your written notice of cancellation with more than one week's notice, but less than two week's notice, we will refund your deposit, minus 20% of the total rental fee.

c) If we receive your written notice of cancellation with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged the full rental fee and there will be no refund.

2) All cancellation fees will be applied to your credit card or deducted from your deposit depending upon your method of payment.

3) If the above mentioned guidelines are followed, we will gladly issue any refunds due. Andetur Reservations Centers does not allow charge backs to occur to its merchant accounts and contracts with VISA / MC International and other credit card companies. We will use this document and customer's agreement at the time of reservation to wholeheartedly fight a chargeback and / or dispute. Andetur Reservations Center will be the sole arbiter in the event of a dispute over cancellation refunds.
