How to Reserve a Room in Acari or the Seridó Como reserva uma acomodação em Acari ou Seridó
Rooms are rented on a first come, first serve basis with preference
given to multi-day rentals. Our rooms are very popular and often will book up
weeks or months in advance. Weekends and Brazilian holidays are especially
popular. We urge you to make your reservation as soon as you have finalized
your plans to insure that you are able to reserve your room of choice.
Room Reservation Policies
1) Confirmed reservations require a
minimum 50% cash guarantee, deposited into our reserve
bank account. All reservations are tentative and subject to cancellation
without notice until we receive this guarantee or cash deposit.
2) At least two weeks
from the rental date, we require either a guarantee or full
payment for the rental. All reservations are subject to cancellation if we do
not receive this payment by the due date. Room Reservation Options To make a reservation over the Internet..... Please complete a Room Reservation Form. You will need your complete name and an
e-mail address to complete this form. To access the form,
read the remainder of this page carefully then click the "I
Accept" button near the bottom of this page.
Note: We accept
all major credit cards and most debit cards for internet reservations via PayPal. Your card is used as a guarantee to hold the
reservation and will be charged 50% of your total charges at the time we
email you confirmation. For your protection, you should only send us your
card information over the internet via PayPal if you are in Brazil. This form
sends your card information and other details in a secure encrypted format
that cannot be accessed by either us or by third parties .

You will need a valid credit or debit card or be prepared to deposit
the required payment into our reserve bank account via Paypal. Please
Final Payment Options
Final payments can be made by depositing funds into
our reserve bank account, or by paying in person at our office, or paying
directly at the hotel on arrival or check-out. Credit Card Payments (via PayPal) Cash Payments Reserve Account Deposits Cancellation Policies 1) All cancellations must be received in writing, either
by e-mail, fax or regular mail. We accept cancellations by telephone,
however they must be followed up in writing. The following refund schedule
will apply in all instances: a) If we receive your written notice
of cancellation with more than two week's notice, we will refund your
deposit, minus 10% of the total rental fee. 2) All cancellation fees will be
applied to your credit card or deducted from your deposit depending upon your
method of payment.
3) If the above mentioned guidelines
are followed, we will gladly issue any refunds due. Andetur Reservations
Centers does not allow charge backs to occur to its merchant accounts and
contracts with VISA / MC International and other credit card companies. We
will use this document and customer's agreement at the time of reservation to
